What can I return or exchange and when?
Items must be returned within 14 daysof purchase.
You must provide your receipt/tax invoice.
The item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in a saleable condition
- Be unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or in its sealed packaging
- Not be subject to the exclusions list*
The above change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
Please note all return items are reviewed upon processing to ensure they meet the return conditions listed above. Goods that do not match return conditions will be returned to the customer.
All items are on sales/specials, are not refundable unless faulty.
Most of our listed products on Noirhandmade.com.au are classify as Intimate Apparel.
Please make sure that you check our size charts to find your perfect fit.
Some itemswill be subject to stricter guidelines due to hygiene standards.
How do I exchange an item?
You can exchange your item for one of a different size or colour by sending it back and requesting an exchange. There will,however, be extra shipping and handling fees. If the item you’re exchanging it for is of a higher value, you’ll also be charged theextra.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
How do I return items?
In the event you have a faulty item, email us at [email protected] before returning it for an exchange.
Please clearly state what are the reasons for return with photos attached.
Credit for returns?
After reception and verification of your returned item(s), we will process the refund within 3 working days.
